DE HAVILLAND DH.90 DRAGONFLY - The De Havilland Dragonfly appeared in 1935 as a five-seat light twin for the private operator and small airline, with 130 hp Gipsy Major I engines. Impressments for communications duties included 15 in the UK, six in Canada, one in Australia and three in India. Also in Australia, Qantas Dragonflies were operated on charter to USAAF. |
