ROBINSON REDWING - Side-by-side two-seat lightplane, first flown mid-1930. Powered by 80 hp AS Genet II; 12 built through 1933, of which one (G-ABNX) survived the war in the UK, but not flown during war-time. In New Zealand, Robinson Redwing II ZK-ADD impressed in August 1941 for (ground) use by Invercargill ATC, eventually acquiring serial INST 112. Max speed, 95 mph (153 kmlh).
